Are your products and packaging sustainable?

As a small business, we are doing our best to choose the most sustainable options we can. Therefore, as we evolve our products and packaging will reflect our growth.

 

Where are your products manufactured?

Products from the Ninfty capsule are manufactured in China and packaged domestically in the US. Products from the Thrifty capsule are sourced from the US and produced all around the world.

 

Where do you ship your products?

We have shipping available to most countries depending on carriers that customers have available.

 

What is your shipping rate?

Your shipping rate is based on your selected destination.

 

What are my shipping options?

Shipping options are available at check out. As a small business, we cannot offer free shipping at the moment. 

 

Where are my products shipping from?

All products are shipped from Houston, Texas, USA.

 

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the delivery address, items, adding products, or combining multiple orders into one. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to any orders after it ships. Therefore, please check all information listed before placing your order. There's an issue with my order, what should I do?

We are sorry for any issues that may arise while receiving your product. As a small business, we take integrity in making sure products are at their best condition before shipment. Therefore, we you have any issues, please feel free to email us at nexus@fromthecache.com with photos of your issues and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not. We are currently unable to process returns or exchanges. Please check all the information for products and confirm personal information before placing your order.

 

Do you provide refunds?

All sales are final. We are currently unable to process refunds at the moment.
